OK432 is a freeze-dried devitalized bacterium. OK432-activated neutrophils could kill IFN-γor TNF-α treated cancers cell. OK432 could induce neutrophil-killing effect on autologous tumor cells through CD11b/CD18 and ICAM-1 binding. OK432-induced monocytes are able to kill autologous tumor cells. After stimulation by OK432, lymphocytes shows fine LAK Cell activity and can even fight against anti-NK tumor cells.
