The
MaxSortin®CD8 Isolation Kit is designed for the isolation of human CD8⁺ T
cells. By incubating the nanoscale CD8 sorting magnetic beads with cells, the
separation of CD8⁺ T cells can be achieved. The nanoscale CD8 sorting magnetic
beads are incubated with PBMCs and then magnetically separated, which enables
the separation and enrichment of CD8⁺ T cells, fulfilling the function of
purifying CD8⁺ T cells. It is applicable to the production of cell therapy
products.
